The major addition to DSA 0.2.3 is the BinarySearchTreeCollection<T>, also added a few algorithms and utility methods.

Notes:

* QuickSort was moved to DSA 0.4 release
** Reason: Some algorithms need to be made generic and some more abstract collections
* Set will be renamed to OrderedSet in DSA 0.4
** Reason: Set's are not particularly ordered, a Set collection will be added in DSA 0.4
* ArrayList will be dropped in DSA 0.4
** Reason: DSA will be focusing primarily on things that are not present in the BCL
